Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

By using Cymelicra Market ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by Ground Zero Solutions, Inc. ("GZS").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Listing or selling products that violate federal, state, or local law
  • Fraudulent representation of products (species, quality, quantity)
  • Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or financial fraud
  • Impersonating another vendor or individual
  • Circumventing platform fees, escrow, or moderation systems
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
  • Uploading malicious content or attempting to exploit the Platform

4. Product Compliance

All products listed on cymelicra.com must comply with applicable regulations. Gourmet mycology supplies (cultures, spawn, substrate, equipment) are permitted. The Platform reserves the right to remove any listing that, in its sole discretion, may violate applicable law or these Terms.

Buyers assume responsibility for compliance with local laws governing purchased items.

5. Payments and Escrow

Payments are processed via Stripe. Funds are held in escrow for 72 hours after delivery confirmation. The Platform collects a fee on each transaction. Vendors receive payouts after escrow release. Disputes during the escrow period are subject to admin review.

6. Fraud and Enforcement

The Platform takes all claims of fraud, misrepresentation, and illicit transactions seriously. Violations of these Terms may result in:

  • Listing removal
  • Account restriction or suspension
  • Permanent lifetime ban from the Platform — lifetime bans are irreversible and apply to the individual, not just the account. Circumventing a ban via new accounts is itself a violation.
  • Forfeiture of all escrowed funds
  • Referral to law enforcement where required by law
  • Retention of all moderation records and evidence for compliance purposes

The Platform maintains an automated and human-reviewed content moderation system. All listings are subject to keyword screening and ML-assisted classification before publication. High-severity flags are reviewed within 24 hours. All moderation actions are logged with timestamps, reviewer identity, and written notes for regulatory compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

GZS operates the Cymelicra marketplace, processes all payments, holds funds in escrow, and actively moderates content. GZS may also sell its own products alongside third-party vendors. While GZS takes reasonable measures to enforce listing compliance and resolve disputes, GZS does not inspect, verify, or guarantee third-party vendor products prior to shipment. Third-party vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of their products. GZS provides tools (escrow, disputes, reviews, content moderation) to facilitate trust and accountability.

8. Content and Communications

8.1 Public Content. Listings, public and member-level forum threads, gallery uploads, reviews, and profile information are platform-hosted public content. This content is subject to automated content screening, keyword analysis, ML-assisted classification, and human moderation. Users retain ownership of content they post and grant GZS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

8.2 Private Community Threads. Private forum threads are access-restricted community discussion spaces available to eligible tier members. Moderation of private threads is focused on enforcement against illegal content (including but not limited to: child exploitation material, credible threats of violence, doxxing, and facilitation of illegal transactions). Private threads are not encrypted and remain accessible to platform administrators for enforcement purposes when warranted.

8.3 Encrypted Private Messages. Direct messages between users are protected by end-to-end encryption. The Platform cannot and does not access, read, monitor, or screen the content of encrypted messages. Encryption keys are generated and stored on user devices. The Platform functions as a communications conduit for encrypted messages, consistent with standard encrypted messaging platform architecture. Users are solely responsible for the content of their private encrypted communications.

8.4 Prohibited Across All Content Types. Regardless of content visibility level or encryption status, the following are prohibited on the Platform and may result in enforcement action: facilitation of illegal transactions, fraud, identity theft, harassment, threats, doxxing, and distribution of child exploitation material.

9. Termination

GZS may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, pending orders will be completed or refunded per the dispute resolution process.

10. Changes

GZS may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
